Goodbye, Fred; Goodbye, Conservatism
I'm with Carnaby. There are no Republican candidates I can vote for, and I'm thoroughly disgusted that the worst of them -- our RINO and closet socialist, McCain -- is doing so well.
What the %^&# has happened to conservatism in this country?
Looks like I'm either staying home on election day or writing someone in. Maybe four years of Democrat horribleness will bring conservatives back to reality.

John Dewey and his acolytes, and 100 years of indoctrination of America's youth.
In that case, it's a testament to the American spirit that it took that long. But it's cold comfort.
Why not vote Libertarian?
Maybe. At this point, I'm leaning in the direction of Ron Paul if he runs as a third-party candidate.
The Republican Party is uninterested in conservatism. By that I mean the wanglers and operators who actually run the party, plus the persons it puts forward for public office. They regard the average American who routinely votes Republican as their property, whom they can abuse as they like. They're confident that no matter how badly they betray their supposed principles, we'll never vote for a Democrat.
It's time to undermine that assumption...but how? The Libertarian Party has gone completely around the bend, and the Constitution Party has pretty much closed itself down. What's left?
Does Giulliani have a chance?
He's not a friend of the Arabs (that Prince with the fat check , Arafat...).
Francis, I agree.
Screw it. I'm not voting for a statist in conservative clothing.
If Ron Paul doesn't run as a third-party candidate, then I'll write someone in.
If we could only build a time-machine and go back and re-indoctrinate Dewey onto another path...
