If it ain't baroque...
...don't fix it!
Well, I found it -- the most beautiful baroque piece ever. Vivaldi's Concerto da Camera in G, RV 107 - III (Allegro). If you have Windows Media Player, you can listen to a snippet here. (If the link takes you to the Amazon.com page for the CD, you want track #27.)
Update: I found the Presto version of this piece (which Carnaby likes better). You can listen to the whole thing if you have a Real player, courtesy of Vitaminic Music Club. Lotsa good stuff there, BTW.
